Zuccini Rosti with Cheese





Hola,for today's breakfast i made rosti. Do you know what a rosti is? :) 


Well, rosti is actually a Swiss dish consisting mainly potatoes, similarly like hashbrown. To be honest, rosti made from potatoes is the best rosti ever. However, since i'm on diet, I'm gonna make it with Zuccini as an alternative to potatoes. Perhaps you can make it with other vege as well. Just be creative and Enjoy this recipe!


Bahan2:


  • 1 zuccini (finely grated)
  • 2 ulas bawang putih (finely dice)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter
  • Cheese
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder


Cara2:


  1. Masukkan zuccini di dalam kain muslin/paper towel dan perah sehingga air dalam zuccini keluar. 
  2. Zuccini yang agak2 kering akan dicampurkan bersama bawang putih,telur, baking powder, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Panaskan non stick pan dengan butter
  4. Letakkan bancuhan zuccini berselang seli dengan cheese supaya zuccini melekat.
  5. Pastikan zuccini garing di kedua2 belah. Lagi garing lagi sedap.
  6. Makan bersama sambal buatan sendiri/ makan as snack.
