Telur Gulung Inti Popiah



Good Day People,

This is my yesterday's breakfast. Well, i have to admit.. After a month with Atkins, i almost lack of ideas on what to do with eggs anymore. I looked in my fridge, and its almost the same ingredients i used everyday. Boring! Suddenly i saw turnips (sengkuang), and i thought of popiah. Then i said to myself "Hmm, lets do something different".. And here's the outcome.. "TELUR GULUNG INTI POPIAH"

Bahan2:

  • 2 biji telur
  • Garam dan lada hitam
  • 1 sudu Mayonis
  • 1/2 cup sengkuang (dihiris nipis/digrated)
  • 1/2 cup timun (dihiris nipis/digrated)
  • 1/2 cup ayam (dicincang)
  • 1-2 ulas bawang merah
Cara2:
  1. Tumis bawang merah sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan ayam sehingga masak dan gaul rata.
  3. Masukkan timun dan sengkuang seketika dan tutup api dan biar seketika.
  4. Telur dicampur bersama mayonis dan bahan2 perisa dan gaul sebati.
  5. Panaskan kuali dan telur dimasak satu persatu seperti kulit popiah.
  6. Letakkan inti yang dimasak td di atas telur dan gulung.
  7. Hidang bersama sos buatan sendiri.
Bahan2(sos):
  • 3 tangkai cili merah (dicincang halus)
  • 2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
  • 1/2 inci halia (dicincang halus)
  • 1 paket gula splenda
  • 1 cup air
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 biji limau (diperah)
Cara2:
  1. Masak bahan2 tadi di atas api yang kecil.
  2. Gaul sehingga sedikit pekat dan sedia dihidang.
