Chicken Satay with Asparagus





Bahan2:
  • 4 chicken legs and thighs (preferred)
  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • Bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 2 hours to avoid burning)
  • 1 cucumber (skin peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 small onion (quartered)
  • Asparagus (direbus)

(Spice Paste):
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tangkai lemongrass, white parts only
  • 6 bawang besar (peeled)
  • 2 bawang putih (peeled)
  • 4 sudu besar minyak masak
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder/cili boh
  • 2 sude besar kunyit
  • 1 packet of splenda/stevia sugar.

Cara2:
  1. Potong ayam into small cubes dan leperkan dengan pemukul daging.
  2. Blend semua bahan2 spices untuk dijadikan paste.
  3. Marinate ayam selama beberapa jam. Semalaman kalau boleh.
  4. Balutkan asparagus dengan ayam.
  5. Bakar dlm oven atau bbq sampai masak.
  6. Hidang bersama timun dan bawang
