HANYA 2 STEPS SAHAJA IAITU CARI TEMPOH MAKAN SESUAI & MAKANAN YANG SESUAI</h1>

<span class="firstcharacter">S</span>eperti mana sebelum ini, lin ada terangkan pasal IF, IF merupakan tempoh waktu untuk korang makan iaitu 8 jam makan, 16 jam berpuasa. So sebagai contoh diri lin, lin masuk kerja pukul 8.30, time lunch lin biasanya pukul 12-1 tengahari. Jadi lin akan start makan pukul 12 lah, dan akan makan dlm tempoh 8 jam sehingga pukul 8 malam. Selepas pukul 8 malam, lin dah x makan apa2 dah, bermaksud akan berpuasa selama 16 jam.. lin cuma akan minum air masak sahaja dan ready untuk tido. Rutin ini akan berlarutan selama seminggu atau lebih.<br />

1) Cari Masa Makan Yang Sesuai Dengan Korang</h2>
Tempoh Makan 8 jam ni terpulang pada korang ikut keselesaan masing2. Kalau korang lapar pukul 10, then makan la pukul 10. Tapi pastikan anda cuma makan dalam tempoh 8 jam sahaja iaitu pukul 10 start makan, pukul 6 dah stop makan. Jelas tak? Sbb ada yang tanya lin, kalau nk makan breakfast boleh tak lin? Jawapannya <b>YE,BOLEH</b> je, asalkan lepas waktu makan 8 jam tu, korang dah kena stop makan. Ok kat bawah ni, lin ada share timing lin makan start dari pukul 12 tengahari - 8 mlm.

APA ITU INTERMITTENT FASTING?</h1>

Sebagai umat islam, secara tidak langsung kita dah tau dah apa benefit berpuasa ni. But biar lin terangkan secara details apa kesan berpuasa pada tubuh kita dari sudut kesihatan. Apabila kita berpuasa, kita sebenarnya memberi rehat kepada sistem pencernaan kita untuk berhenti bekerja. Kesian dekat badan asyik berkerja tidak kira masa. Lebih banyak kita makan, sistem pencernaan akan bekerja lebih gigih dan kuat supaya pencernaan kita itu sempurna. Jadi sistem tubuh kita pun perlu time-off jugak.

Sebenarnya dah lama buat Intermittent Fasting ni a.k.a IF, but iols tak de masa nak tulis blog. Tapi tak dela lama sangat baru je tahun lepas July, 2018. Now dah dekat setahun la mengamalkan diet IF ni. Dulu buat atkins memang banyak sangat turun,sampaikan orang kata iols sakit ke apa sebab kurus. Then iols cuba makan la nasi, roti.. tup tup iols naik berat badan sebab dah terlalu sedap sgt. Bila start sibuk kerja, makan tak tentu, diet pun mula kelaut. Banyak kali menangis sebab gemuk balik. Tu la dengar lagi cakap orang kan! Padan muka sis!<br />

Terus terang iols suka sangat makan, kuih melayu, masakan kampung tu mmg favourite. Kalau ada sambal tempoyak ngan ulam je pun, sis boleh tambah nasi berkali2. Tekak melayu sangat kan! Kalau buat atkins bukan x boleh makan tapi nak kena sampai fasa ke 3 atau 4, baru boleh makan semua tu. Tu pun kena berpada2 supaya jangan melebihi 100 carbs/ day. Yg ni sis boleh explain ye bila masa nak masuk fasa 3/ 4 ni.. Siapa nak tnya silakan pm tepi mcm biasa! Kiranya ada <b>PRO </b>and <b>CONS </b>la bila berdiet atkins, bukan sis kata atkins x baguih!<br />

Rasanya semua orang menghadapi masalah sama mcm iols. Jenis kaki suka makan and suka sangat mende manis kan? Ok kalau siapa yang follow iols, journey diet sis terlalu banyak, mcm2 diet dah try but nak consistent tu lah yang payah sebenarnya. Now dah almost setahun la buat IF, so far so good. And insya allah im trying to make this as my "<b>LIFESTYLE</b>", lagipun method ni adalah mengikut sunnah Rasulullah S.A.W.<br />

<tr><td class="item_description">So in day 6, it is similar like previous day, except that yesterday GM suggested to eat a lot of tomatoes which i didn't follow because i didn't have tomatoes. I cheat a little bit! Hahaha...<br />
And you have to avoid any high g.i (glycemic index) vegetables such as potatoes, corn, peas, pumpkin etc).<br />

Throughout the programme, i'm craving for spicy food. So I cooked spicy kam heong chicken and i ate it with lots and lots of salad & ulam2. Nice! Well, even though in this programme, does not recommend oily food, but as an asian, i can't help it. Spicy food is my comfort food.<br />

LUNCH -<br />
Again today is oily day for me, i ate deep fried mushroom. I love the crunchiness each time i bite them. Definitely will cook<br />

DINNER -<br />
At night, i'm too lazy to cook. Luckily i still have my kam heong chicken and another round of deep fried mushroom for me.<br />

Today i have things to do at the bank, so the easiest breakfast i have is this. I love banana and i don't have problems eating it. But drinking cold milk in the morning was not a good idea. I have heartburn after that. Probably nice warm milk with banana would do next time.<br />

Eating the same thing in a day would be bored! At this time, i was thinking to find fried banana. Hahaha! Unfortunately, for GM diet too much oil is a NO-NO. So what other option i have beside eating the same thing again. So again i had 1 piece of banana together with banana smoothies which i bought at boost juice.<br />

DINNER -<br />
I make cabbage soup to comfort my upset stomach. And had it with 1 piece of banana. That's all.<br />

EXPERIENCES -<br />
On the 4th day, i feel more comfortable but just that i had heartburn in the morning. After i took the medicine, i feel better throughout the day. I can feel my body a bit lighter and i lose inches. Hopefully i lose kilos as well. Can't hardly wait for the moment of truth.<br />

Maybe i went for swimming that make me more hungrier!<br />

That's why i put atkins rating as 3. Avoid those sauce or soup. So normally i ordered '1 telur dadar' specially for me, lemon steam fish, any stirred fried vege and salted egg buttered prawn. I personally asked them to make 'telur dadar' just eggs and salt with no additional msg or what so ever! The price shown is averagely for 2-3 people.</span><br />

If i eat that alone, probably less than 3g carbs from the wasabi and a tiny lil bit of light soy sauce. I'm not sure how much the carbs for wasabi. However for yaki shirataki, i'm just guessing more that 8g of carbs because they stirred fried the noodles with sweet soy sauce and top with deep fried chicken (with flour).
