|DAY 1 - STRICTLY FRUITS ONLY|
|So in day 1, GM suggested to eat only fruits (all types of fruits except Banana), and most recommended fruits are melons (watermelon, honeydew, wintermelon etc) and apples. Basically its for detoxification process. And mindful to drinks a lot of water (6-8 glasses). Since i used with atkins i don't have problems drink that much of water.|

BREAKFAST & LUNCH
Above picture is for my breakfast and lunch (honeydew, apples and orange), 2 liter of water and 1 liter of green tea.
Since i'm kinda bored with the same menu, i bought grapes. So i ate grapes and honeydew for my dinner with 1 liter of water.
At first i thought it wasn't challenging because as an atkiners, we cut lots of sugar and eating sweets fruits like that is 'heaven'. But i was wrong, i felt drained on the evening and my stomach a bit bloated and keep on growling like crazy as if i haven't eaten for a month! Maybe i went for swimming that make me more hungrier!
For dinner, i changed my menu by adding grapes to it but after on the 6 grapes i started to feel a bit nausea and i couldn't take it any more, so i just went to bed early.
