3 BEST ALTERNATIVE PIZZA CRUST TO TRY ON!

Alright, today i'm feeling like writing again but this one is a good one. Btw if you guys noticed in my instagram, i've been making and eating pizza for the rest of the week and I've been experiment it with varieties of pizza based crust. So here's my best alternative pizza based that you have to try! Seriously it is worth it!

#1: Cauliflower Based Pizza Crust

How to make pizza based with cauliflower.

1) Grated the cauliflower floret with grater until you get roughly for 2 cups
2) Remove the extra moisture from the cauliflower by microwave it for 3-5 minute or sautee with pan under medium heat or drain it with clean towel.
3) Mix with pepper, parmesan cheese and 1 egg until well combined.
4) Lay on parchment paper on your tray and put all the mixture and shape it nice and flat like pizza based.
5) Bake the crust for 20 minute at 200 celcius. 
6) Let it cool for a little bit
7) Fill in with your favourite topping and with lots of cheese and bake it again for 10 minute until it is nice and golden brown.

#2: Flaxseed Based Pizza Crust

1) Blend 2 cups of the flaxseed until it become powdery.
2) Mix with 1 egg, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of parmesan until it become a dough.
3) Lay on parchment paper on your tray and put all the mixture and shape it nice and flat like pizza based.
4) Bake the crust for about 8 minute at 200 celcius.
5) Let it cool for cool for a bit
6) Fill in with your favourite topping and with lots of cheese and bake it again for 10 minute until it is nice and golden brown.

#3: Chicken Based Pizza Crust




1) Take the easiest part to chop and grind which is the chicken breast.

2) Then finely grind the chicken until become like a paste.
2) Mix with 1 egg, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of parmesan until it well combine.
3) Lay on parchment paper on your tray and put all the mixture and shape it nice and flat like pizza based.
4) Bake the crust for about 10 minute at 200 celcius.
5) Let it cool for cool for a bit
6) Fill in with your favourite topping and with lots of cheese and bake it again for 10 minute until it is nice and golden brown.
