Morning peeps,
I had super tasty breakfast today and it's Malaysian food. I googled around the internet and i found out, cauliflower is the best substitute for rice. Yeay! I'm gonna explore more about this cauliflower thing.. Surprisingly i started to fall in love with cauliflower.. it is tasty and filling.. You gonna love it~! As usual my recipe is just for a person. :)
Bahan2:
- 1 cup Isi ayam
- 3-4 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk/dihiris/diblend)
- 2-3 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk/dihiris/diblend)
- 1 biji telur
- 1 cup cauliflower (dihancurkan/digrind sampai halus macam nasi)
- 1 cup sayur sawi
- Ikan bilis (digoreng garing)
- 2 batang cili padi (ditumbuk)
- Daun sup (hiasan)
Cara2:
- Tumis bawang2 yang ditumbuk.
- Masukkan ayam dan goreng sehingga isi masak.
- Masukkan telur dan goreng mcm scramble egg.
- Masukkan cili padi.
- Masukkan cauliflower.
- Kuatkan api sedikit supaya cauliflower tu cpt masak.
- Tambah garam dan lada hitam secukup rasa
- Gaul rata dan tutup seketika dengan tudung periuk sehingga cauliflower empuk dan masak.
- Hidang bersama ikan bilis garing dan daun sup @ cili kicap.
Total Carb (9g-10g)
